GIFS: Dioner Navarro Went First-to-Home and His Teammates Loved It
Dioner Navarro isn’t exactly a speedster on the base paths. So, anytime he picks up a stolen base or advances an extra base on a hit by one of his teammates, it’s absolutely a cause for celebration.
Navarro certainly made his presence felt during his first game back in a Toronto Blue Jays uniform. Not only did he pick up a pair of hits, but Dioner Navarro had a very memorable trip around the bases during a hit into the left field corner by Devon Travis.
Navarro gave his teammates a good laugh by making it home all the way from first base on the play. It was a magical sequence of events which led to Dioner scoring one of the most improbable runs of the 2016 Toronto Blue Jays’ season.

Judging by Michael Saunders’ reaction, this might’ve been the best thing he’s seen in his entire life. And Aaron Sanchez was waiting on standby with a towel to cool off Dioner Navarro for scoring him an insurance run. And Navarro obliged.
You can't cool off, Dioner … this man is on fire. pic.twitter.com/c9IgT7tldk

This play kind of reminded me of that one time a few years back when Navarro somehow picked up a stolen base. It was also another instance which had to be seen to be believed.
