GIF: Fan Steals Ball from Jose Bautista and He Is Not Impressed
How many times do certain fans need to be reminded? There is absolutely no interfering with the home team!
It seems like this happens every few months or so, but Jose Bautista was impeded from making a play in right field due to a fan reaching over and grabbing the ball. The ball was in play, and prevented Bautista from potentially throwing a runner out at second base.
Check out the GIFS below of the incident and a brief PSA on what not to do in future cases.

This guy is completely oblivious to the fact that the just cost the Blue Jays a play. He yucks it up in the front row while Jose Bautista looks on with complete scorn and gives the death stare to end all death stares.

That play may have proven to be costly as the Twins promptly hit a two-run home run after the fact. Thankfully, that home run didn’t really factor into the Blue Jays 9-3 win over the Twins, but it very well could have.
Luckily, the fan was escorted out of the game shortly after the play. Justice!
Since this is becoming such a common occurrence, I decided to whip up a quick GIF as a reminder to fans in the front row as what not to do when a baseball comes bouncing your way (at least, when the home team is trying to make a play).

Again … STOP INTERFERING WITH THE HOME PLAYERS!
