Roberto Alomar is Vindicated in Vote for Hall of Fame

It may have come a year late, and despite all the controversy and heartache,
it was certainly worth the wait.

“This kid has a chance to be a Hall-of-Famer.
I think Roberto’s getting better every year.”

Every Toronto Blue Jay that takes the field today has a name and a number on the back of their jersey.

The other day, my friend Jared just randomly out of the blue asked me on Twitter which player came to mind when I thought of the Blue Jays

It was a great question as I had to ponder my answer for a few minutes.

It’s not very often you get the chance to see one Blue Jays legend in the flesh, let alone two.

When it comes to being one of the top second baseman of his era, Roberto Alomar comes second to none.

The Baseball Writers Association of America may have got it wrong, but the Canadian Baseball Hall of Fame is making it right.

They say “those who can’t do, teach”. But is it possible for those who can do and have done, to teach?
