VIDEO: Buck Martinez Gets Candid with Shock Top ‘Unfiltered Talk’

If you asked most Blue Jays fans if they could have a beer with any former Blue Jay, most would probably choose none other than John Albert Martinez; more affectionately referred to as Buck Martinez.

Over the course of his playing and broadcasting career, Buck surely has some great stories to tell. And sometimes the best baseball tales are told over a pint or two … or seven.

Inexplicably and completely out of the blue (hat tip to the Blue Jays Subreddit for unearthing this one), Shock Top released a pair of videos featuring none other than the TV voice of the Blue Jays: Buck Martinez.

It gets a little weird at the end with the auto-tuned “Staring at Your Butt”, but Buck was a pretty good sport about it. I mean, he’s talking to an orange slice, after all. The funny thing is, this isn’t the first time we’ve heard an auto-tuned Buck Martinez. Remember the Edwin Encarnacion song?

Then there’s second video with a bit of an overlap in terms of content, but in this one Buck shares some of his hair styling secrets and tries them out on a willing participant.
