Now There’s a Kevin Pillar ‘Hang In There, Baby’ Shirt

A few weeks ago, the Toronto Blue Jays were just barely hanging in there for a playoff spot. Although these late-inning collapses have been tough to watch, the Jays are still this close to locking down a playoff berth for the second consecutive year.

There was a funny moment during that game on September 12th. Kevin Pillar watched a home run sail over his head, and in the process of trying to make the catch, the hung onto the outfield wall. He may have inadvertently inspired his teammates to do exactly that – hang on.

And so the Kevin Pillar “Hang In There, Baby” shirt was born.

The team at Breaking T put this shirt together which is now for sale. It’s a pseudo collaborative effort with Minor Leaguer of Bluebird Banter, and their prior shirt designs include the Jason Grizzli shirt.
