GIFS: The Blue Jays Teed Off on the Tigers

Does it ever get old? Does it ever get less impressive to see the Toronto Blue Jays tee off on teams? The definitive answer is “no”.

The Blue Jays disposed of the Detroit Tigers in impressive fashion as many of their heavy-hitters went yard. GIFS from the game after the jump featuring Josh Donaldson, Jose Bautista, Troy Tulowitzki and Roberto Osuna.

The home run parade started with Troy Tulowitzki. He somehow reached around and turned over on this pitch and sent it over the fence in left field.

Then Josh Donaldson didn’t want to feel left out of the party and went deep the very next at bat.

Want to know who was the most stoked about Josh Donaldson’s home run? It was Ryan Goins for some reason.

No big deal, Donaldson only crushed a home run into the fifth deck at the Rogers Centre.

Here’s where the ball hit.

Kid, you should probably back up a row or two. Actually, make it about a dozen.

Not wanting Josh Donaldson to get all the attention, Jose Bautista also crushed a home run of his own. Afterwards, the fans began to chant “Jose, Jose, Jose, Jose” … and it invigorated him. In fact, I think he thrived on it.

Alternate angle where Mark Buehrle isn’t quite sure what’s going on.

Then for good measure, after starting off he inning by throwing 3 consecutive balls, Roberto Osuna locked down the save by throwing 9 straight strikes. Was there any ever doubt?
